Assess Before Success
Find Out Where You Are, To Get Where You Want To Be
No matter where you want to go, you should know where you are now. If you don’t know where you are now, how can you possibly plan to reach your destination? That is exactly what my Personal Development Assessments and Planning helps you with.
Assessment is crucial for success. Everyone has goals and ambitions, but not everyone achieves them. Those who do, take the time to evaluate and plan their personal development.
If you want to go places, you will have to start by going inward. I can provide you the perfect start with my assessments. Based on the results of your assessment, I will coach you and create a customized plan which will help you achieve your goals.
This assessment-based personal development coaching and planning is by far the best you will find.
If it’s not customized, it’s not really yours is it? Planning and persona development should be about your specific needs. These needs, along with goals, strengths and weaknesses are revealed by my well-structured assessments.
Setting Up Your Base Camp
Mountaineers set up a base camp, a place from where they attempt to reach the summit. Your goals are your summit, and your assessment is your base camp. Like the base camps of real, the assessment offers a safe, calculated starting point, ideal for positioning yourself for the climb ahead.
The quality of the assessment, and the commitment and competence of the assessor, has a huge impact on your journey up your mountain. Rest assured that there is no peak that can’t be conquered with the right planning.
Of course, you’ll need skills, but without a customized, well thought-out, assessment-based development plan, your skills won’t get you far, at least not in the right direction!
I conduct three main types of assessments; 360-Degree Assessments, DISC Assessments, and Teamwork Assessments.
The 360-degree assessment, also called 360-degree feedback or multi source assessment is a very useful tool used in organizational performance appraisal purposes. The assessment is driven by feedback from the subject’s immediate circle. I use the 360-degree assessment to help you plan specific personal development paths. Performance improvement is almost always a direct result of the 360-degree assessment.
DISC stands for Dominance, Inducement, Submission, and Compliance. These are four personality traits that are evaluated in DISC assessment. The results of this assessment provide invaluable insight into your personality and communication preferences as a professional. This ultimately helps to create a personal development plan that’s geared towards your goals.
As you move up in your industry, you will be leading a team at some point. The Teamwork Assessment evaluates your ability to work in a team. A range of essential teamwork skills are assessed in order to figure out one’s fit in a particular team.
Don’t Jump to Planning Just Yet…
Enthusiasm is good. There’s nothing wrong about wanting to create a career plan as soon as possible, but an assessment should come first. A personal development assessment is crucial for mapping out an effective development plan.
Before jumping to the planning part, I will help you with the much-needed assessments. Once you know where you stand, I will work with you to create a customized, well thought-out personal development plan. This plan will be your best bet of achieving greater success.
